DELIVERY POLICY

All orders over 699/- are currently eligible for FREE DELIVERY on www.fammedi.com.

Following are term and conditions we follow:

  • The vast majority of our orders are despatched within three working days of receipt and arrive in 2-3 days. We ship via leading courier providers, and you can track your order once it has been dispatched online.
  • If we are unable to deliver any of the items in your purchase, you will either not be charged for that item or will be refunded the entire price charged for that item.
  • In rare situations, it may take up to 7 working days for us to ship your item since we may need to obtain it from other retailers or suppliers.
  • If we are unable to ship your order completely within seven working days of receiving it, we will cancel the remaining unshipped portion of the purchase and send you an email notifying you of the cancellation. In such circumstances, your payment for the unshipped portion of the order will be reimbursed in the same manner as it was made*.
  • Except for public holidays, we ship on all weekdays (Monday through Saturday). We only ship through reputable courier providers to ensure that your product arrives on time and in good condition.

While we make every effort to deliver on time, kindly accept 2-3 days for delivery due to the couriers’ volume. If your order contains numerous items, they may arrive in several shipments from different locations. If the shipment does not have all of the things you ordered, you will receive an additional email.

Please Note: Before taking delivery of the products, if you suspect the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging has been tampered with or destroyed, please refuse delivery of the item and contact our Customer Care or email id referencing your order reference number.

We will make every effort to ensure that you receive a new delivery as soon as possible. Please note that, in compliance with Indian tax regulations, all items (including freebies) will be sent with an invoice stating the price.
