Your Order Cancellation Rights

Conditions for Returns

Please ensure that the products purchased within the last seven days are eligible for a return.

• The product is in its original packaging.

• The seal on the goods should not be broken.

The following items are not returnable:

• Goods purchased more than seven days ago.

• Items that are not in their original packaging or that have been opened.

In our sole discretion, we reserve the right to deny returns of any goods that do not match the above return terms.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned.

The expense and risk of returning the Goods to us are your responsibility. The products should be sent to the following address:

We cannot be held liable for goods that are damaged or lost in transit back to us. As a result, we recommend using a mail service that is insured and trackable. Without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery, we will be unable to offer a refund.
